For once, Auburn takes a risk and puts her heart in control, only to discover Owen is keeping major secrets from coming out. The magnitude of his past threatens to destroy everything important to Auburn, and the only way to get her life back on track is to cut Owen out of it.

The last thing Owen wants is to lose Auburn, but he can’t seem to convince her that truth is sometimes as subjective as art. All he would have to do to save their relationship is confess. But in this case, the confession could be much more destructive than the actual sin…

REVIEW

I'm starting to feel like a broken record but...Another winner from Colleen Hoover!

I absolutely loved Confess.. I loved the idea behind Owen's motivation for his paintings, I loved Auburn's strength and determination to put her priorities first, sacrificing what she must to make it happen.

Throughout the whole book Owen makes it seem like he knew Auburn before she knew him. In the beginning I was concerned that he was going to end up being a creepy stalker but as time went on and different secrets were revealed it became clear that he is just an all around good guy.  When we finally find out how Owen knows who Auburn is I burst into tears.  I literally cannot make it through a CoHo book without crying...never.

Confess also has a bonus; pictures of Owen's art are included in the pages of the book. I thought that was a great feature!  Not to mention, Colleen makes note at the front of the book that every "confession" mentioned is a real confession submitted by readers.  How crazy is that?  This seriously is one of my favorite books ever!

Confess is the epitome of a CoHo novel; uniqueness, creativity, well developed characters, and a great story line.  If you've come to love CoHo as much as I have then have no fears Confess will not disappoint.  If you've somehow managed to make it this far in life without ever reading a CoHo book then you need to resolve that now and Confess is a great place to start!

**Side note:
The art from Confess is actually available in 8x10 prints on Colleen's website. I'm seriously thinking about getting a few! You can check them out HERE.
